WOW - Women on Weights
Join our trainers for WOW. Designed specifically for women, WOW gives the
participants the opportunity to weight train in a group setting. Each
workout session will work the full body including a warm-up and cool-down.
You will learn how to use the machines as well as the free weight
equipment with confidence. Come on in for fun, fitness and fellowship. Fee
based.
Gladiator
Think you’re tough? Prove it! Designed for men, this specialized training
program will challenge your fitness level, increase your stamina, and
well, make you feel like you did in your teens. Okay, twenties! Monthly
sessions meet twice a week. Fee based.
Boot Camp Challenge
Have you tried the Boot Camp Challenge? This class is divided into 6 week
sessions. On the first day, you will get your measurements taken, do situp
& pushup challenges and more - then see the difference on the last day!!!
This is a fun, active class for all levels and abilities - men and women.
Times and Day may vary. Fee based.
Mommy Boot Camp - NEW!
Just have a baby? Have some extra pounds to lose? Come and join us for
"Mommy Boot Camp"! Bring your little bundle of joy, a blanket, a stroller
(and anything else that might help in the RARE case of fussiness!!). This
class will last approximately 1/2 hour and is designed for mothers and
their babies (not yet crawling). If you have any questions, call and ask
for Heather at 341-3687! Classes are on Tuesdays at 11:00am and the cost
is $20 per calendar month.
KIDS / TEENS
Kids Fitness Bootcamp Challenge
Get the kids off the couch! Tuesdays from 4:30 - 5:30pm. Each session
begins the first Tuesday of each month. Ages 7-13. No Charge for Members
and $20 for non-members per session! Sign up today at the Member Service
Desk!
Surge
An athletic preparedness program specifically designed to both
motivate and train the young athlete for their competitive season. All
sports are welcomed! Fee based.
Pre-Teen Pump
A cardio and strength training program for youths ages 9-13 years old.
Trainers will teach kids the proper techniques to weight training using
machines, dumbbells and body weight and introduce a variety of ways to be
cardiovascularly trained. Fee based.
