If the kids are not cared for properly, they won’t be
happy and you won’t enjoy yourself. That’s why Five Seasons has
outstanding and caring nursery facilities. Our nurseries offer a daily
planned craft and/or themed activity. Your children, from ages 6 weeks to
9 years old, are welcome to have fun with us in our well lit, “well toyed”
rooms. While you both will have a great time at the club, the best part
will be reconnecting, fresh and ready to play together.
Nursery Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Reservations
Reservations FOR INFANTS ONLY must be made Monday through Friday
at the Nursery from 8:30am to 8:30pm. All other times, your reservation
is made at the Member Service Desk (341-8201). Reservations can be
made in advance a minimum of 24 hours or up to two weeks. A “No
Show” without proper amount of notice (4 hours) will be charged $3.00
per child. Children 1-9 yrs. of age can stay for a maximum of 3 hours. For
every 15 minutes beyond the return time, there will be a $5 per child
late charge billed to your account.
Food Policy
Only light snacks (crackers, pretzels, etc.), juice in sippy cups, and
breast milk or formula for your children are allowed. We do not heat
or warm bottles. Bottles should be brought into the Nursery at room
temperature. Another option is to order food from the Cafe. There is a
kid’s menu with many great items. The Cafe will bill your account unless
otherwise indicated.
Peanut Policy
Due to a growing number of children with Peanut Allergies, we are
asking parents NOT to send any peanut based products with their
children when they are in the Nursery.
Health Issues
Your child’s health is an important issue. In order to keep a safe and
healthy environment. Please keep your child at home for any of the
following reasons.
*Fever (presently or in the last 24 hrs)
*Cold, Congestions, Runny Nose
*First 24 hours after a shot or antibiotic
*Fussy, Cranky-generally not normal disposition
*Diarrhea
Other Policies
Read and sign the liability waiver before placing your child in the
Nursery
for the first time. Sign in your child with the time in which you will be
returning. If you are running late, please inform the staff. We count on
you returning at the time in which was stated. If anyone other than
yourself will be picking up your child, please give the staff his/her
name.
Sign out your child when leaving.
Parents must stay on the premises.
The Nursery Staff reserves the right to discontinue services to a member
for reasons of non-cooperation or the inability of a child to adjust to
the program.
Time Out: We adhere to providing a safe environment for the children.
Children that do not follow the rules (i.e. hitting, biting, unruly
behavior)
of the Nursery will be asked to sit in time-out. If the child continues to
be uncooperative, we will notify the parent and they will be asked to
take their child out of the Nursery.
Cry Policy: If your child cries and is inconsolable for a period of 20
minutes, we will contact the parent and ask that the child be taken
from the Nursery.
